I beat the addiction.

My ex-boyfriend rules my life no more! I realized that I was just attatched to the idea of him, because I really did love him. But its been so long since he was the person that I loved...I was clutching onto the idea of how he used to be, hoping that he'd come to his senses and treat me like he used to. That was naieve of me to thing and I see that now. He was like an addiction. And Ladies and Gentlemen, I KICKED THE FREAKING HABIT!

Getting through it actually caused me alot of emotional stress, and I feel a little bit damaged for having gone through it, but that will heal and I'm happy for it to be over.

I was inspired to write for the first time in almost a year when I finally realized this the other day. I had had a dream about something, though I can't remember what it was, and when I woke up, it was like an epiphany. I felt awesome. I felt SO awesome that I started cleaning. And I listened to my feel good song like 8 times, (which is Mmmbop) and I'm actually listening to it now.

Anyway, I'm putting up the poem I wrote and I hope you guys like it. It came from my heart, though it may not be the best I've written. And it may not be very good at all, but it means something to me, and I just thought I'd share it. :D
